Terms of Service: Same-Day & Next Day Service Guarantees

  • Only automobile physical damage assignments are eligible for the Same-Day and Next-Day Service estimates.
  • PDA reserves the right to determine whether an assignment is eligible for Same-Day or Next-Day Service, pursuant to its then current terms of service.
  • By selecting Same-Day or Next-Day Service, the client agrees that he/she has verified the accuracy of the claimant’s contact and vehicle location information.
  • By selecting Same-Day or Next-Day Service, the client agrees to pay all applicable fees, including the base service price plus any applicable mileage charges to/from the vehicle location. No miles included.
  • Same-Day Service assignments are guaranteed to be delivered to the client by 5 p.m. local time of the day they are assigned, or the client will not be charged for the damage estimate.
  • Next-Day Service assignments are guaranteed to be delivered to the client by 5 p.m. local time of the next business day after they are assigned, or the client will not be charged for the damage estimate.
  • An attempted appraisal on or before the guaranteed delivery time meets the Same-Day and Next-Day Service guarantee, and the estimate is still billable at the agreed upon price.
  • An offer by an appraiser to estimate a vehicle on or before the guaranteed delivery time meets our Same-Day and Next-Day service guarantee, and the estimate is still billable at the agreed upon price.
  • Same-Day and Next-Day Service is not available in all locations and markets. Only select offices, as determined by PDA, are eligible to complete Same- Day and Next Day assignments
  • Same-Day Service is available on applicable assignments within a 50-mile radius of the local PDA office city center.
  • Next-Day Service is available on applicable assignments within a 100-mile radius of the local PDA office city center.
  • Same-Day and Next-Day Service guarantees do not apply if the promised delivery time is missed due (1) to an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a natural disaster or severe storm OR (2) claimant provided inaccurate information OR (3) claimant is not available when an appraiser arrives at the vehicle location
